Referring a patient to DHS Hospital is very easy. Just fill out the patient’s details and your details and you are done. Once the patient is admitted or treated in the outdoor, DHS Hospital will email you the treatment and progress of the patient. Once the patient is discharged, a copy of the discharge summary will be mailed to you for your reference, so that you will be able to take proper care of your patient. Please feel free to interact with our staff through email during your referred patient’s admission and treatment or outdoor treatment.
